with a "Gold" certification expected.
With innovative storm-water management throughout the site, the heat island effect is reduced and
contaminants are removed before they reach the water table and municipal storm-water system.
Renovation waste management strategies focused on recycling, will divert over 90% of construction
waste from local landfills and allow salvaged materials to be reused on-site.
Envelope upgrades utilizing new high efficiency glazing, shade canopies, and added insulation,
along with dedicated high efficiency mechanical systems, create a model building performance
that far exceeds the baseline performance of a typical existing building.
Ample natural light, bicycle storage, and shower facilities create ideal working environments for any business.
